The Upper House
Arranged across the second floor, the Upper House is the most expansive and refined private space within the building. Designed as a true city residence and hosting space, it offers generous proportions, architectural character and a sense of permanence.
At its heart is a large open-plan dining kitchen with an oversized central island and high-end appliances, designed as a place to gather rather than simply cook. A secondary kitchen, laundry room and extensive storage allow the space to function effortlessly day to day.
