Dine & Drink
From the Kitchen & Cellar
Food and drink at the House are approached with the same care as the rooms themselves. Menus are shaped by season and availability, drinks are prepared without excess, and service moves at a natural pace. Everything is designed to support time spent in the House rather than distract from it.

The Gallery Restaurant

At the Table
The kitchen works seasonally, allowing dishes to change naturally through the year while maintaining a foundation of staple plates done well. These are recognisable, well-judged dishes, prepared with confidence. The focus is on food that fits comfortably into regular life at the House, whether for a quick breakfast, an unhurried lunch or an evening meal.

Peacock's Bar
From Cask, Bottle & Shaker
At the bar Champagne is always available, cocktails are classic and properly made, and the list is built for regular enjoyment rather than display. There is depth where it matters, familiarity where it counts and the ability to accommodate both a single drink or a longer evening with ease. Bottles may be held for members by arrangement.
