A rotating cast of musicians who suit the room and the evening. Jazz and soul most often, but also blues, bossa nova, acoustic sets and the occasional singer who could hold a room twice this size.

Some nights it is a solo pianist and a voice. Others a trio with a double bass in the corner. What stays constant is the standard. These are players who can read a room, loud enough to lift an evening and never so loud you have to raise your voice across the table.

The music runs alongside dinner rather than interrupting it. Order, eat, stay for a drink, and let the evening find its own pace.
